Greenhouse, by Joost Bakker opened for business this week at The Rocks in Sydney, it is the ultimate environmentally friendly cafe built using recyclable materials, but that's not all. Water is collected on site, waste is recycled, ingredients are grown in pots on the external walls and roof and even the generator that powers the cafe runs on cooking oil!

If Bakkers similar projects in Melbourne and Perth are anything to go by Greenhouse will be the place to eat in Sydney on its month long visit. Situated in the iconic landscape of Sydney Harbour this place is a must see before it packs up and heads off on its international tour at the end of March.
